Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Value Stream Lead, or similar technology role.
- Experience managing products, platforms, or technology services in large organizations.
- Knowledge of on-premises infrastructure environments, especially Linux and mainframe or other enterprise systems.
- Practical experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritizing requirements.
- Understanding of IT Operations processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management, and service resilience.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of security, risk, and compliance issues.
- Very good command of English.
- Independence, responsibility, and decision-making skills.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of BMC Control-M or IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS).
- Experience with workload automation, enterprise scheduling, or batch processing.
- Familiarity with mainframe environments and enterprise system integration.
- Experience in the financial industry or other regulated organizations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies, and working with OKR, KPI, and SLA.
Obowiązki
- Manage the technology roadmap and full lifecycle of the Scheduling & Workload Automation platform.
- Prioritize backlog and initiatives related to development, automation, stability, and security of services.
- Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams, architects, and IT Operations.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and technical debt.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and platform performance.
- Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Coordinate updates, migrations, integrations, and onboarding of new services.
- Develop automation, standards, and self-service solutions.
- Ensure platform compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
