• Experience as a Release Manager or in a similar role coordinating IT releases
• Experience in the banking sector
• Practical knowledge of SDLC, Release Management, and Change Management processes
• Experience working according to the ITIL framework
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and coordinate activities in a complex organizational environment
• Experience with AI tools
• Very good communication and organizational skills

• Create and maintain release plans and schedules in a complex IT banking project environment
• Coordinate activities between Development, QA, Architecture, Operations, and Business teams
• Manage release scope and identify dependencies between systems, components, and teams
• Define and develop standards and procedures related to release management processes
• Ensure process consistency throughout the SDLC
• Oversee compliance of releases with CI/CD, ITIL, and organizational standards
• Plan deployment windows and coordinate production changes
• Identify risks, monitor release quality, and initiate actions to minimize potential problems
• Organize and conduct Release Readiness and Go/No-Go meetings
• Prepare and review Deployment Plans, Rollback Plans, and change documentation
• Coordinate deployment activities during production windows
• Manage the Change Request process
• Collaborate with security and operational risk management areas
• Work in a hybrid model with 4 days per month in the office
