Internal AI Enablement Lead

Must-haves:

• Practitioner-level n8n fluency with experience building real automations.
• Experience running structured enablement programs such as workshops or office hours.
• Proven ability to help non-technical teams adopt and use technical tools confidently.
• Comfortable cross-functional partner with IT, Security, and Data teams for access and environment requirements.
• Based within CET timezone or close overlap with Berlin working hours.
• Fluent or near-native English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience building or running internal ambassador or champion programs.
• Experience conducting fluency or adoption surveys and deriving actionable programs.
• Knowledge of access or governance models and collaboration with security stakeholders.

Drive hands-on enablement:

• Run weekly, role-specific workshops, focusing on less-technical functions like Legal and Customer Support.
• Lead live build sessions alongside teams to create working automations.
• Organize Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts for collaborative learning and problem-solving.
• Help teams identify automation opportunities and decide the best implementation approach.

Own dogfooding & experimentation:

• Manage monthly Dogfooding Day from planning to follow-up.
• Design and execute hackathons and experimentation initiatives around AI and automation.
• Convert learnings into reusable assets to accelerate other teams.

Scale AI fluency & community:

• Lead periodic AI fluency surveys with the People team.
• Promote internal wins and reusable solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Identify and support champions to lead the emerging Guild and spread automation knowledge.

Enable safe, reusable automation:

• Act as product owner for the internal "safe playground" collaborating with IT, Security, Data, and Solutions Engineering.
• Develop reusable templates and resources from workshops and sessions.
• Encourage reuse of existing automation solutions.
• Monitor ongoing usage and provide evidence teams maintain and adjust automations independently.
