Mid-Level Cybersecurity Learning Coordinator

This role is for a client of ITDS, a leading institution in cybersecurity education and risk management. The position supports the CASTLE programme, which delivers certification and accreditation activities for approximately 2,500 cybersecurity professionals. The job is based in Krakow and offers a hybrid work model.

• At least 3 years of experience coordinating training, learning operations, or service delivery activities within cybersecurity or a related risk environment.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders across organizations of varying sizes and seniorities.
• Strong track record of process improvement and automation implementation.
• Proficiency with collaboration and learning tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Degreed, and Workplace.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2) with attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
• Calm, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cybersecurity certification and accreditation processes.
• Ability to create clear presentations and data visualizations for executive audiences.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, technology, and data protection principles.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of the CASTLE certification and accreditation services, ensuring timely and quality processing of requests.
• Coordinate activities across multiple vendors and internal teams, aligning priorities and clarifying ownership for smooth request fulfillment.
• Maintain visibility of demand, backlog, and delivery pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and upcoming peaks.
• Own colleague communications, providing clear guidance, proactive updates, and consistent messaging throughout the request lifecycle.
• Track operational risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution actions to ensure service continuity.
• Engage cybersecurity teams to understand training needs and translate them into actionable certification and accreditation requests.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to confirm requirements, verify eligibility, and resolve delivery blockers.
• Support service planning activities, including forecasting demand, preparing timelines, and executing communication strategies.
• Collect and organize accurate service data, enabling reliable operational oversight and producing regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements, automation, and efficiency improvements to optimize service delivery.
