Senior Full Stack Tech Lead – Cybersecurity & AI Integration

Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model for a global leader in cybersecurity technology.

• Over 7 years of experience delivering production services with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proven experience designing REST APIs and integrating third-party security tools.
• Solid knowledge of microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab, Linux administration, and networking.
• Proficiency in SQL and complex query development.
• Leadership experience in technical delivery, design decisions, and mentoring.
• Experience building AI-enabled software utilizing ML/NLP, LLM components, or AI workflows.
• Strong English communication skills at B2 level.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union.

Nice to have:

• Cybersecurity engineering experience (SAST/DAST, penetration testing, threat detection).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Terraform, monitoring tools like Prometheus, or service mesh.
• Frontend skills in React.
• Experience with relational/non-relational databases and message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Lead technical design and delivery of microservices and integrations in an agile/DevSecOps environment.
• Contribute hands-on development across backend, pipelines, and automation.
• Architect and evolve microservices for cyber use cases like threat detection and vulnerability management.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub.
• Drive culture of high operability, including incident troubleshooting and service health monitoring.
• Develop AI-enabled features such as triage, anomaly detection, and automation workflows.
• Promote responsible AI use with standards for secure coding, data handling, and testing.
• Establish best practices, reusable components, and ensure consistent quality.
• Mentor engineers through pair programming, design reviews, and peer feedback.
