Senior/Lead Software Engineer - Technical enablement

• Proficiency in C# with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD, and PowerShell scripting.
• Azure networking knowledge and related certifications.
• DevOps mindset with a belief in test driven development.
• Practical experience with Azure technologies including Azure DevOps pipelines, Function apps, Service bus, and Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Ability to drive transformation and learn about business processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively, remain self-motivated, and consistently deliver results.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Create automated end-to-end tests based on input from business experts and architects.
• Guide business consultants in developing configuration using a DevOps approach.
• Monitor, react to, and debug failing tests.
• Provide first level technical support on infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure.
• Develop tools to support integrated tests.

For Poland: Compensation ranges are disclosed at the initial candidate engagement stage. For Italy: Salary range between 41,360 and 62,040 EUR RAL under CCNL Commercio framework with additional benefits.
