Transformation Consultant with German - Procurement Focus

• Track record of leading workstreams in transformation, change, or implementation projects
• Solid experience in procurement or supply chain management with knowledge of processes and operating models
• Ability to structure complex work, manage senior stakeholders, and communicate clearly with business and technology teams
• Fluency in English and German

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or supply chain systems like SAP IBP
• Experience in change management or business readiness and coaching colleagues
• PMO or project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Prosci

• Lead workstreams independently applying PMO practices, owning planning, delivery, risks, and stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and decisions across business, technology, and procurement stakeholders in international settings
• Prepare steering committee materials and present to senior stakeholders
• Coach less experienced team members
• Lead target operating model design including processes, roles, governance, blueprints, policies, and KPIs with focus on procurement and supply chain management
• Optimize end-to-end procurement processes such as source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, supplier management, and in SCM projects also planning, logistics, and order-to-cash
• Steer ERP and procurement technology implementations (e.g., SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, Coupa; SAP IBP in SCM projects) from fit-gap to testing and cutover
• Drive change management, communication, and business readiness activities to ensure user adoption
• Oversee training and knowledge transfer for procurement and supply chain users
• Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare
