Transformation Senior Consultant - Procurement Focus

• Proven experience leading workstreams in transformation, change, or implementation projects
• Solid knowledge and experience in procurement or supply chain management processes and operating models
• Ability to manage complex work and senior stakeholders, communicating clearly with business and technology teams
• Fluency in English
• German language skills are a significant advantage due to client base

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP and procurement systems like SAP, Ariba, Coupa or supply chain systems like SAP IBP
• Experience in change management, business readiness, and coaching colleagues
• PMO or project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Prosci

• Lead workstreams independently, managing planning, delivery, risks, and stakeholders using PMO practices
• Facilitate workshops for alignment and decisions across business, technology, and procurement stakeholders internationally
• Prepare and present steering committee materials to senior stakeholders
• Coach less experienced team members
• Lead target operating model design focusing on procurement and supply chain management, translating them into blueprints, policies, and KPIs
• Optimize end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and savings
• Steer ERP and procurement technology implementations such as SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, Coupa, and SAP IBP from fit-gap analysis to testing and cutover
• Drive change management, communication, and business readiness to ensure real user adoption
• Oversee training and knowledge transfer for procurement and supply chain users
• Lead cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare activities
