Product Owner

• Minimum 3 years experience in a software development organization.
• Ability to analyze complex, service-based systems and plan delivery around their dependencies.
• Quantitative background in finance, mathematics, or similar.
• Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Experience with API-driven, distributed platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• AI fluency with the ability to engage with AI tooling effectively for requirements validation, analysis, decomposition, and use-case coverage.

Nice to have:

• Background in hospitality, fiscal compliance, or financial systems.
• Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on technical products.
• Familiarity with agile delivery practices.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, turning business objectives into well-defined, actionable requirements.
• Analyze a multi-microservice environment independently: map how services interact, identify gaps, surface hidden dependencies, and plan work so that features are sequenced in the right order.
• Break down large initiatives into deliverable increments, accounting for cross-service dependencies and technical constraints.
• Partner closely with engineering, using technical understanding to discuss trade-offs, feasibility, and risk.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate that delivered work meets both business intent and technical requirements.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with technical and non-technical stakeholders to keep alignment on scope, priorities, and progress.
• Use data and quantitative reasoning to inform prioritization, measure outcomes, and support decisions.
