Technical Project Manager - Delivery Manager

Ilario sp. z o.o. operates in the IT software development sector, focusing on managing IT and infrastructure implementation projects.

• Minimum 3 years managing IT/infrastructure implementation projects
• Understanding of basic IT terminology
• Experience with public sector clients including public procurement, acceptance protocols, and formal responsibility for contractual deadlines and penalties
• Ability to concurrently manage 5–10 projects of varying scale
• Fluent Polish language skills and English language skills at minimum B2 level (for vendor documentation and support contact)

Nice to have:

• PRINCE2 Foundation or PMP/IPMA D certification (Practitioner level preferred)
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• Experience in MSSP/SOC or knowledge of NIS2/KRI for regulatory requirements discussions
• Experience as user of GLPI, Jira, NetBox, GitLab
• Assertiveness with clients regarding scope changes and with technicians regarding deadlines
• Continuous documentation habit
• Willingness to travel to client sites for kickoffs and acceptance

• Lead projects from kickoff to delivery, managing schedule, scope, hourly budget, and risks
• Organize kickoff meetings with clients and technical teams to define scope, acceptance criteria, and contacts
• Ensure implemented scope matches contract; escalate change requests to management
• Serve as single client contact during implementation, providing weekly status updates to clients and management
• Translate client expectations into technical tasks and technical statuses into business language
• Conduct status meetings, note-taking, and maintain action item lists using internal tools
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for equipment delivery, licenses, and servicing deadlines
• Plan technician workload with technical department manager; ensure tasks have owners and deadlines
• Remove blockers such as access issues, client decisions, equipment shortages, schedule conflicts
• Verify completeness of documentation, repository configurations, and CMDB entries before acceptance
• Provide monthly portfolio reports to management including status, hourly margin vs. estimate, delays, and risks
• Maintain lessons learned register post-project closure
