Lead Software Engr

Honeywell Technologies is a global automation company providing security products and services. The role focuses on developing a cloud-based software-as-a-service unified security solution supporting access control, video, and monitoring capabilities. The company serves building, industrial, and process sectors with advanced cloud-enabled technologies.

• 7+ years of experience developing modern web applications and/or cloud services
• Mastery of modern JavaScript frameworks and tools such as Node.js, React.js, and Webpack
• Ability to organize large-scale codebases using common JavaScript patterns
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and serverless architecture
• Experience designing and working with continuous integration systems, unit testing, and automated integration testing
• Experience with distributed systems, network security, automation tools, and system analysis
• Extensive experience building RESTful web services and scalable solutions with zero-downtime deployment
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related major; Bachelor’s degree with significant technical experience can be substituted

• Lead the design and implementation of robust multi-tenant cloud solutions within a delivery team
• Work within a full stack cross-functional delivery team to deliver incremental customer-facing features
• Architect, design, develop, and test software solutions as needed within the delivery team

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days at the office and 2 days of remote work.
