Project Manager R&D (elektronika / embedded) (K/M)

Aerobits Sp. z o.o. is a company designing and manufacturing electronics and devices, operating in R&D projects involving hardware and embedded systems.

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing or coordinating projects in a company designing and manufacturing electronics or devices.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience introducing planning and tracking methods in teams that previously lacked them.
• Technical education or engineering experience sufficient to communicate with hardware and firmware engineers about their work.
• Ability to clearly present options and consequences to decision-makers.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Previous work as an embedded engineer, electronics engineer, or tester.
• Experience in a small company (around 100 people).
• Knowledge of Kanban and experience working with GitHub, GitLab, or Jira.
• Experience with ISO 9001, product certification (CE, RED, FCC), or introducing products to production (NPI).
• Experience in drones, avionics, radiocommunication, or IoT industries.
• Experience handling technical support requests from clients.

• Build and develop work planning and tracking methods in GitHub for R&D projects, product maintenance, and client requests.
• Manage the portfolio of development projects, including status, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
• Handle new requests from clients, sales, production, and management, preparing decision variants regarding impact and delays.
• Prepare and lead weekly priority meetings with management.
• Initial qualification of technical requests from clients and routing them to appropriate persons or for cost estimation.
• Ensure project closure with release, documentation, and handover to maintenance.
• Maintain a list of products under maintenance along with responsible persons.
• Collaborate with engineers, production, procurement, and sales teams.
