UX/UI Specialist

Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of collaboration dedicated to IT specialists, based on principles of own business, realizing positions for clients running innovative and modern projects.

The client is a European organization from the public sector seeking a UX/UI Designer due to increasing internal requirements.

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing user interfaces for web, desktop, or mobile applications.
• Experience in analyzing user needs and gathering UX requirements.
• Very good knowledge of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) principles, and interface ergonomics.
• Ability to prepare wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Practical experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin, Framer, or similar.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies, especially HTML5.
• Ability to cooperate with business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of technological limitations impacting interface design.
• Experience designing applications based on the SharePoint platform is a plus.

• Analyze business needs and end user requirements.
• Design intuitive and usable user interfaces for business applications and systems.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate business, technical, and user requirements into UX/UI solutions.
• Define and develop GUI design standards and usability principles.
• Verify solutions comply with UX/UI standards.
• Optimize user experiences and analyze application usability.
• Collaborate closely with developers on interface implementation and technological constraints.
• Participate in implementing the presentation layer of applications.
• Create visual materials, presentations, and project documentation.
• Support development of solutions based on the SharePoint platform.
