Wymagania

Master's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Over 7 years of experience in stress analysis of aircraft structures, especially nacelle components.
Willingness to develop along the stress engineer career path.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
In-depth knowledge of metallic and composite materials and stress analysis techniques including FEA and hand calculations.
Familiarity with airworthiness regulations (EASA, FAA) and certification processes.
Strong understanding of aircraft design, manufacturing processes, and structural testing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
Fluency in English.
Ability to technically negotiate with stakeholders and adapt accordingly.

Obowiązki

Define and execute stress analysis strategies for nacelle components according to airworthiness regulations and internal standards.
Oversee preparation, review, and approval of stress reports, justifications, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with integration and engineering teams to incorporate stress analysis results into product development.
Represent the stress team in technical reviews, design gates, and certification meetings.
Identify and mitigate structural risks, proposing improvements to nacelle design.
Manage workload, resources, and schedules for stress activities to meet project deadlines.
Ensure quality standards and best practices in stress engineering activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of stress analysis methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ensure compliance with Design Organization Approval (DOA) standards for technical documents.
Provide structured feedback to improve processes and capabilities.
Maintain knowledge capitalization and capture lessons learned.
Support balancing workload and achieving make-or-buy ratio targets.
Drive growth and development of the Stress Engineering network and transformation initiatives.
