AI Solutions Architect & Field Engineer

LinkGroup is hiring an AI Solutions Architect & Field Engineer to work directly with enterprise clients, bridging product development and client operations.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solution architecture, or platform engineering.
• Experience architecting and deploying systems in regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, or government.
• Practical experience with LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Java, Python, C#, RESTful microservices, and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to translate business pain points into scalable AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of GenAI platforms, custom AI agents, and RAG architectures.
• Advocate internally to convert client customizations into repeatable product features.
• Ensure deployments meet security, compliance, scalability standards and deliver business ROI.
