System Engineer C/C++

Jit focuses on financial projects, including credit risk and credit scoring solutions used across multiple European markets. • Strong commercial experience with C and C++.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of XML, mapping, and code flow analysis.
• Knowledge of unit, integration, and system testing.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Experience in package building and executable (.exe) creation.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot.
• Good English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Finnish language (mentioned as nice to have).

Nice to have:

• Domain knowledge of credit scoring.
• Experience in the banking/financial sector in general.
• Basic knowledge of Finnish language.

• Develop and maintain C/C++ applications and microservices.
• Build APIs and calculation engines for credit scoring solutions.
• Integrate systems with external credit authorities.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements and solution design.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Only candidates located in Łódź, Poland are considered. Finnish language knowledge is nice to have but not mandatory. The work model is hybrid with 2 to 3 days per week at the office in Łódź.
