• Professional experience in IT and/or Business Analysis.
• Strong experience in business and solution analysis.
• Good understanding of data integration and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Knowledge of trading, tax reporting, or transaction reporting processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with XSLT, BDD, or Communication Layer solutions.
• Basic programming knowledge and ability to read code.

• Design and specify new reporting solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Act as the bridge between business and IT teams.
• Support stakeholders in understanding requirements, data flows, and solution impacts.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
