Product Owner

Benefit Systems SA is hiring a Product Owner for their MultiSport module within the MyBenefit platform, focused on product development in a self-service domain including configuration, payments, automation, and user experience enhancements.

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a similar role
• Experience working in Agile environments based on Scrum
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience developing e-commerce products or platforms, with knowledge of online payments and post-sales service
• Familiarity with configurations, system dependencies, customer and user processes, and migration
• Knowledge of product and project management tools such as prioritization techniques, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible priorities
• Experience defining and monitoring KPI and OKRs
• Ability to seek new solutions, market segments, and initiate changes
• Advanced English language proficiency

Nice to have:

• Understanding of sales processes and e-commerce, especially digital purchase paths, payment processes, and customer service
• Knowledge of digital trends in client communication and B2B/B2C sales
• Familiarity with product discovery and design thinking approaches

• Collaborate with Business Owner to create and manage product vision and strategy
• Communicate product vision transparently to key stakeholders
• Set and monitor OKRs and KPIs in agreement with Business Owner
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog
• Work with Business Owners and stakeholders to understand needs and define product business value
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to deliver valuable functionality in iterative cycles (Agile/Scrum)
• Regularly analyze market and competition to identify new opportunities and trends
• Communicate progress and collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders
• Cooperate with marketing and sales teams to effectively launch products to market
• Monitor and analyze user data and business metrics to inform product decisions
