Expert Application Security Specialist

We are looking for an Expert Application Security Specialist to join an ongoing project focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM). The project activities are part of a larger IAM program and involve managing Access Groups, User Accounts, and Service Accounts within SailPoint IdentityIQ. The role includes collaborating closely with stakeholders from both Business and IT to ensure successful onboarding to SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Administrator working with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Substantial experience managing Access Groups, User Accounts, and Service Accounts in SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Good understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management
• Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with both Business and IT stakeholders
• Experience supporting application security and user access management initiatives
• Ability to quickly understand stakeholder contexts and align activities with project deliverables

Access Review and Analysis of Application Security & User Access Management:

• Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions
• Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements

Stakeholder Coordination and Analysis of Application Security & User Access Management:

• Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogue with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information required for appropriate action
• Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders
• Collaborate with RACF and IAM subject matter experts and formulate recommendations for actions and mitigations
• Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IQ
• Support clean-up activities related to access groups, user access, and service accounts

Project Support & Change Management:

• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
• Assist in effort prioritization and scope change management
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
