Senior Power BI Developer

IT Factory is a dynamic company with experience in the development, implementation, and support of IT solutions, working for a major Polish company in the insurance and financial sector.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or management reporting
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, RLS, Power BI Service)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (ETL, Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Pipelines, semantic models)
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Git and basic DevOps practices supporting Power BI / Microsoft Fabric development and deployment
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders and management

Nice to have:

• Experience preparing reports and analyses for management
• Good knowledge of R, Python, and Linux/Unix
• Experience using AI tools supporting analytical and reporting solutions development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI / Microsoft Fabric dashboards
• Design semantic models and data modeling using DAX and Power Query
• Design Microsoft Fabric data layers (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines)
• Automate reporting and data integration (ETL, API)
• Analyze data and business processes to design reporting and analytical solutions
• Collaborate on defining reporting standards, business metrics, and data governance
• Participate in developing architecture for Power BI / Microsoft Fabric reporting solutions
