Wymagania

Driving license category B.

Experience conducting user trainings.
Experience in ERP system implementations.

Support ERP system users.

Participate in implementations, updates, and development of ERP systems.
Test changes, updates, and new functionalities.
Conduct consultations and training sessions for users.
Prepare instructions, procedure descriptions, and user documentation.
Collaborate with technical and service teams.
Provide post-implementation customer support.
Analyze user-reported problems and propose practical solutions.
