- Strong experience as a Business Analyst

- Ability to analyze complex operational workflows
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Understanding of stock trading lifecycle
- Knowledge of post-trade processing, settlement, and safekeeping
- Experience working with application landscapes, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams
- Understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system interactions
- Ability to bridge business and technology discussions
- Experience in financial services, capital markets, or securities services environments

Obowiązki
- Analyze current business processes, workflow, business rules, and operational models
- Map current state: processes, applications, integrations, and data flows
- Collect, document, and validate business requirements from multiple stakeholder groups
- Conduct gap analysis between current and target operational models and identify process differences between countries
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions
- Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and solution recommendations
- Support defining Nordic target processes and operational models
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams to validate proposed solutions
- Assess business impact in areas of Order Management, Trade Processing, Settlement, and Safekeeping
- Document decisions, dependencies, assumptions, and risks
- Prepare materials for architecture reviews, governance forums, and program stakeholders
- Work within a large Nordic transformation program harmonizing securities services and post-trade operations across countries
