Senior AI Solutions Engineer with Python

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications beyond API querying or notebook experimentation
• Strong experience with Python, LangChain, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and LLM-based application development
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Excellent collaboration skills with non-technical operations stakeholders to translate business logic into automated workflows
• Ability to support agentic roadmap work from classification through action-taking workflows

• Build Agentic Workflows: design and implement AI-powered agents for triage, categorization, and decision support for natural-language exceptions and vendor issues
• Automate & Classify: develop natural language matching and classification logic to identify and resolve data quality and reporting anomalies
• Bridge Business & AI: collaborate with Regulatory Operations and business stakeholders to map current workflows and identify cognitive bottlenecks
• Prototype to Production: develop ideas from Proof of Concept to scalable production-ready LLM applications
• Shape the Future Roadmap: support initiatives including rule-text interpretation, sourcing/transformation logic, and automated code generation
