Treasury Middle Office Specialist

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Treasury Operations within a multinational company.
• Solid exposure to global banking structures and end-to-end treasury processes.
• Strong knowledge of treasury products including FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Money Market Funds, Commercial Paper, and Revolving Credit Facilities.
• Thorough understanding of cash management, liquidity, and risk management principles.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems and payment processes including SWIFT MT and XML Pain files.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for liaising with banks, internal teams, and finance partners internationally.

• Monitor full lifecycle of treasury transactions from execution to settlement.
• Ensure accurate deal confirmation and investigate unmatched transactions.
• Manage daily cash positions and prepare End-of-Day liquidity reports.
• Support execution of FX, Interest Rate Swaps, Commercial Paper, Money Market Funds, loans, and intercompany funding.
• Perform netting confirmations and intercompany netting activities.
• Administer Treasury Management Systems including bank accounts, legal entities, static data, user access, and system testing.
• Maintain treasury KPIs, SLA reporting, and issue tracking.
• Provide support for audit requests, regulatory documentation, and ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.
