• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, cloud security, or secure access environments.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and secure remote access.
• Experience managing access policies, application segmentation, connector groups, URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, Cloud Firewall controls, and data protection.
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, proxy solutions, firewalls, and Secure Web Gateways.
• Knowledge of segmentation, least-privilege access models, and access governance.
• Experience in regulated environments with security and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, or Juniper security solutions.
• Exposure to networking and security within Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management.
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

• Administer and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX), and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC).
• Manage and enhance security policies including URL filtering, SSL/TLS inspection, Cloud Firewall controls, application segmentation, and data protection.
• Monitor platform health, user experience, security events, and operational metrics.
• Support deployment, upgrades, and lifecycle management of Zscaler Client Connector on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Collaborate with endpoint management teams using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Jamf.
• Deploy and maintain ZPA App Connectors across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Automate operational processes via scripting, reporting, and monitoring.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Work closely with cybersecurity, networking, cloud, infrastructure, and service management teams.
