Junior Satellite Simulation Engineer

They execute projects for the European Space Agency (ESA) and international space sector partners. Their ambition is the development and commercialization of the proprietary satellite platform HyperSat and the construction of modern satellite systems.

• Experience in software development.
• Higher technical education (computer science or related fields) or equivalent professional experience.
• Good knowledge of Python.
• Experience working with Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
• Good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in embedded projects.
• Knowledge of C, C++, or Rust.
• Experience or interest in the space sector.
• Knowledge of standards and protocols used in the aerospace industry (e.g., CCSDS, ECSS).

• Design and development of software components for satellite simulators based on the HyperSat platform.
• Creation of simulators for satellite payloads, including imaging systems.
• Automation of testing, validation, building, and deployment processes using CI/CD.
• Participation in integration campaigns between satellite and ground segments.
• Writing high-quality, readable, well-documented, and testable code.
• Usage of version control tools (Git) and containerization technologies (Docker).
• Preparation of technical documentation and collaboration with project teams.
• Identification, analysis, and resolution of technical problems.
• Deployment and monitoring of developed systems.
