Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI engineering stack
- Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI SDK
- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and multi-agent workflow optimization
- Skills in asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency
- Experience designing and integrating with complex REST and GraphQL endpoints
- Competency with structured data formats (JSON, XML) for tool calling
- Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for deploying production AI applications
- Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding strategies for semantic search and RAG implementation
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Obowiązki
- Architect, build, and orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain to handle sophisticated queries
- Develop and maintain reliable tool definitions for interacting with complex internal APIs
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ground model responses in proprietary data
- Ensure AI responses are structured for rich UI rendering, enabling dynamic graphs, charts, and interactive elements
- Create rigorous testing frameworks, evaluation pipelines, and metrics to assess agent performance, reliability, and accuracy in production
- Take validated prototypes to production readiness, addressing guardrails, security, cost, and scalability
- Debug and optimize multi-agent workflows focusing on asynchronous execution, state management, and concurrency
- Deploy and maintain production-grade AI applications with a strong DevOps mindset
