Data Business Analyst

Jit Team has a long-term relationship with a leading financial group in the Nordic countries. The team works on building and evolving a modern Data Platform for one of the largest financial institutions in the Nordic region, focusing on data-driven decision-making, data quality, and scalable analytics. Over 200 Jit personnel are engaged in more than 60 projects for this Norwegian financial services provider with a strong focus on modern technology.

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst or Data Analyst
• Experience working with complex business and technical requirements
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data quality and data governance concepts
• Experience with data workflows, ETL processes and Data Pipelines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features and user stories
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems
• Experience with incident management processes and tools

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements

• Analyse data flows, business processes and system dependencies
• Ensure high standards of data quality, data governance and data hygiene
• Manage dependencies between teams and coordinate cross-functional deliveries
• Support incident management and issue resolution activities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
