Business Systems Specialist

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for the LPP Group, supporting brands like Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, and Sinsay. Their technologies are used daily by millions of users, contributing to online sales growth and customer satisfaction.

• Experience in a similar role supporting business applications or IT systems.
• Ability to analyze problems and independently find effective solutions.
• Good work organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Communicative English language skills (B1/B2).
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions based on data.
• Availability for hybrid work: 2-3 days per week in the office in Gdańsk.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4.
• Experience automating processes using Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, VBA, or similar tools.
• Ability to use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions.
• Interest in creating AI agents and implementing Service Desk improvements.

• Resolve tickets and support users of business applications.
• Analyze problems and identify root causes of errors in business systems.
• Collaborate with product and development teams responsible for application development.
• Operate monitoring systems and participate in incident handling.
• Create and develop documentation and knowledge base.
• Participate in projects related to process automation and team work improvement.
• Use AI tools to enhance work efficiency and improve user support quality.
