Senior Data Engineer (Databricks)​ | f/m/d​​

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including data engineering, transformation, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Experience designing automated, on-demand data processing jobs
• Ability to independently design, implement, and maintain Databricks-based production solutions
• Good understanding of SQL warehouse solutions and related data platform concepts
• Experience with technical decision-making for data platforms and processing architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog refinement and effort estimation
• Willingness to perform hands-on development, bug fixing, root-cause analysis, and production support
• Strong communication skills and ability to document and transfer knowledge

Nice to have:

• Experience in data-intensive enterprise environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for data platforms
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, and other cloud-native Azure services

• Design and implement data models and architectures that support financial data management
• Develop and maintain ETL processes integrating data from diverse sources
• Ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with business owners, data analysts, scientists, software engineers, and DevOps specialists
• Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
