Azure DevOps Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Demonstrated proficiency in setting up and optimizing pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Expertise with Terraform for declarative infrastructure management.
• Practical experience integrating security scanning, vulnerability tools, and compliance checks into deployment workflows.
• Proficient coding/scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of database schema version control and zero-downtime migrations using Alembic.
• Advanced expertise with Git, including repository administration, branch protection, and merging strategies.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, APM tools, log aggregation, and troubleshooting distributed applications.

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, construct, and maintain scalable continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision, configure, and manage scalable enterprise cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Security & Compliance (DevSecOps): Integrate automated security testing (SAST/DAST), vulnerability and secret management, and strict identity and access controls (IAM) into the SDLC.
• Cloud Architecture & Management: Manage, optimize, and maintain secure, highly available cloud environments on Microsoft Azure.
• Database Automation & Zero-Downtime Releases: Implement automated database schema updates and version control using tools like Alembic (Python).
• Scripting & Automation: Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Observability, Monitoring & Logging: Monitor system health and performance, set up alerts, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Version Control & Repository Hygiene: Establish Git workflows, branching strategies, code review processes, and repository governance.
