Senior Corporate KYC & AML Specialist – Banking Industry

Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model working for a leading technology sector client delivering cutting-edge AI solutions focused on digital transformation and operational excellence.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with relevant programming languages and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of data processing, model training, and deployment techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English at communicative (B2) level
• Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment independently and with teamwork

Nice to have:

• Certifications in AI or data science
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Develop and implement AI models to support business objectives and enhance system capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms
• Monitor and optimize machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Contribute to the design and architecture of AI-driven projects ensuring robustness and efficiency
