Wymagania
- Eager to learn and grow in software engineering and/or data engineering domains.
- Basic understanding of DevOps and/or DataOps principles.
- Familiarity with software validation and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Good foundation in at least one programming language and modern framework (e.g., Python/Django, Java/Spring, or JavaScript/React/Node.js).
- Exposure to software development concepts across frontend, backend, or full-stack applications.
- Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases; ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Interest or basic exposure to platforms like Snowflake.
- Basic understanding of data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Exposure to core AWS services such as S3 and IAM; awareness of data concepts like Data Lakes or Lakehouses.
- Basic understanding of software testing, quality practices, and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills and collaboration.

- Carry out tasks according to established procedures focusing on learning and foundational execution.
- Fulfill assigned tasks within deadlines adhering to procedures and regulations.
- Escalate issues promptly, communicate mistakes transparently, and seek support to resolve blockers.
- Maintain alignment with immediate project goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support continuous learning.
- Solve straightforward technical problems independently or with minimal guidance, including within data platforms and integrations.
- Apply Agile principles to daily development tasks.
