Manufacturing & Supply Chain Carve-Out Lead

Upvanta is seeking an experienced professional to lead complex carve-out projects in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, involving production plants, warehouses, and operational and system processes.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Consulting.
• Experience in carve-out, divestiture, spin-off projects, or large operational transformations.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, production planning, warehouse management, and supply chain.
• Practical experience with SAP in production and logistics areas (SAP PP, APO, IBP, WM/EWM).
• Experience managing complex programs and projects covering multiple business areas.
• Knowledge of data migration and preparation of cutover and production launch plans.
• Highly developed communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in consulting firms (Big4 or similar).
• Knowledge of MES, WMS, and APS systems.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS.

• Lead end-to-end carve-out and operational transformation projects in Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
• Manage project roadmap, schedule, risks, dependencies, and report to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across production, logistics, warehouses, purchasing, planning, finance, and IT teams.
• Ensure continuity of production processes, production planning, MRP, and supply chain during organizational separation.
• Oversee migration of production and logistics data and separation of ERP systems and operational support solutions.
• Coordinate activities related to SAP PP, APO/IBP, MES, and system integrations.
• Manage preparation of Day-1 readiness, cutover plans, testing, and post-launch support.
• Identify and minimize risks impacting production, logistics, quality, and customer service.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with management and key business stakeholders.
