The project is building a large ServiceNow platform for an international financial organization, with multiple interconnected modules. You will develop and configure ServiceNow solutions in your assigned stream, collaborating with an Architect and implementing requirements prepared with Business Analysts.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong expertise in ITSM and CSM or IRM/GRC modules.
- Proven experience in risk assessment and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
- Solid understanding of privacy regulations and practices.
- Experience with larger platforms rather than only maintaining individual modules.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, scripting, and enterprise integrations.
- Fluent Polish and English.
Obowiązki
- Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions in the assigned stream.
- Collaborate with the Architect on technical decisions and implement requirements and user stories prepared with Business Analysts.
- Configure processes, workflows, and automations.
- Enhance solutions and integrations within the platform.
- Analyze technical issues and prepare solutions.
- Participate in code and solution reviews.
- Ensure the quality, maintainability, and compliance of the solution with platform standards.
