Wymagania
Competence demands:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
- Very good knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe; exposure to LeSS or Nexus is relevant.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and team-management capabilities.
- Experience working with distributed delivery teams.
- Familiarity with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, Confluence, and Mural.
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking is relevant to the environment.
- Scrum/Agile certifications such as PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, ICP-ACC, or equivalent are relevant.
- Very good command of English.
Obowiązki
Project scope:
- Support development teams in the effective application of Scrum and Agile practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.
- Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile ways of working.
- Support delivery across distributed Agile teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and effective Agile practices.
- Support communication, coordination, and reporting around delivery.
