Obowiązki

Salesforce administration and platform ownership

  • Own the Salesforce org’s configuration, automation, security, data integrity, and performance.
  • Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, page layouts, and declarative tools.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, documented solutions; own the data model, relationships, and automation architecture.
  • Build custom apps, objects, and tooling with App Builder and declarative tools.
  • Support accurate reporting, data hygiene, change-request intake, and Salesforce Sales Engagement administration for the BDR team.

Ownership and external partners

  • Review and approve configuration and metadata changes before production, and lead the transition to fully in-house ownership.
  • Direct external partners by defining scope and priorities, reviewing proposed solutions, and validating delivered work.
  • Use Sweep metadata mapping and impact analysis, independently verifying its recommendations; audit third-party and integration-user permissions.

Post-migration stabilization

  • Clean up legacy fields and data-model items from the HubSpot migration, finalize deduplication and lead-versus-contact routing rules, and triage user issues.
  • Own the HubSpot–Salesforce sync from the Salesforce side, including field mappings, association logic, and sync errors.
  • Establish release, sandbox, and QA practices.

QA and release management

  • Lead QA for Salesforce changes, including features, integrations, enhancements, and bug fixes; design and execute test plans and regression tests, and coordinate UAT.
  • Own the dev, QA, and UAT sandbox strategy; manage deployments using change sets or SFDX and serve as the final quality gate before production.
  • Maintain release notes and a change log for each deployment.

Platform reliability and technical debt

  • Monitor org health, governor limits, and performance; troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis on production incidents.
  • Reduce technical debt by retiring unused fields, flows, objects, and automations, keeping the org maintainable.

Documentation and user enablement

  • Document meaningful system changes and maintain architecture documentation for the data model, automations, and integrations.
  • Create and maintain user training materials and enablement resources, and write runbooks for common issues and recurring tasks.

Revenue technology and automation support

  • Own the Salesforce side of integrations and help reduce the number of tools in use.
  • Develop working knowledge of NetSuite and quote-to-cash processes to help keep Salesforce and NetSuite in sync; identify or resolve issues in the order-to-cash flow.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows in n8n or similar tools and identify automation opportunities across the revenue technology stack.
