Wymagania
- At least 4 years of experience developing and supporting distributed systems written in Java.
- Ability to design and develop microservices using Java 25 and Spring Boot.
- Good knowledge of current Java technologies, frameworks, and DevOps tools.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Ansible, vulnerability remediation, and CI/CD automation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain technical problems clearly to people from different teams.
- Ability to work with teams across regions and consider the needs of the wider organisation.
- A structured and independent approach to work, with a focus on results.
- Very good English and Polish.
Obowiązki
- Design reliable technical solutions and processes and implement them using Agile methods.
- Analyse technical and business requirements and advise stakeholders on suitable solutions.
- Work closely with business product owners, IT specialists, architects, and IT management.
- Support the adoption of DevOps and Agile principles and ways of working.
- Use SRE principles to improve platform reliability, capacity, and performance, reduce repetitive manual work, and make systems easier to monitor.
- Develop tools for monitoring, alerting, detecting and responding to incidents, managing capacity, and supporting safe releases.
- Take part in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Delivery activities.
