Wymagania
- Relevant degree in IT or a related discipline.
- Experience in IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, the Microsoft Office suite, and Active Directory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
Nice to have:
- SQL.
- Programming in C# or Python.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems: PRTG, Zabbix.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft environment: Admin Cloud and Entra.
Obowiązki
- Install, configure, and maintain PC hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Respond to employee IT support requests and resolve issues related to Windows, Microsoft products (such as the Office suite), and other software applications.
- Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
- Document processes and log inquiries and solutions in the IT support system.
- Collaborate with external vendors and support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
