IT Software Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience, or Master’s degree and 4 years of related experience, or PhD and 1 year of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
• Proven track record in full-stack software engineering, including designing and developing complex, scalable web applications and enterprise service APIs.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-based self-service portals using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/FastMCP), Node.js/TypeScript, and React.
• Extensive experience integrating enterprise platforms using Microsoft Graph API and Google Workspace APIs, and implementing secure authentication with OAuth 2.0/Entra ID.

Nice to have:

• Advanced experience in AI agent orchestration and building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Deep understanding of system architecture principles for highly available, distributed cloud applications.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and associated scripting for automation and system integration tasks.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to optimize application performance and user experience.
• Experience acting as a senior individual contributor, guiding technical design discussions and driving best practices within cross-functional teams.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex software systems, focusing on full-stack solutions and AI integrations for Project Athena.
• Develop enterprise service APIs and AI-based self-service portals to reduce the need for traditional support cases.
• Orchestrate AI agents and build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Integrate with Microsoft Graph and Google Workspace APIs to deliver a unified user experience.
