Wymagania
- Be a current student in an IT field
- Have basic knowledge of LAN / networking
- Have basic computer hardware knowledge
- Be familiar with Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Have basic troubleshooting skills
- Be interested in workplace IT support and user assistance
- Be able to work with people and have a customer-oriented mindset
- Be able to work under time pressure and manage priorities
- Fluent Polish
- English at minimum B2 level
Obowiązki
- Support the IT Help Desk in day-to-day operations
- Assist with fleet management and basic IT asset handling
- Provide LAN-related support and basic network troubleshooting
- Handle and resolve IT support tickets under supervision
- Support end users with workplace consulting and basic IT issues
- Assist with setup, handling, and maintenance of small IT equipment
- Ensure timely and customer-oriented support, even under time pressure
