Proven track record of delivering comprehensive, intuitive, end-to-end solutions for complex systems, demonstrated through a portfolio.
Demonstrated fluency integrating modern AI tools into the design process to accelerate discovery, iteration, and execution; be prepared to explain your workflow and tools.
Ability to explain design decisions concerning human-in-the-loop interactions, automation boundaries, and data-driven features.
Comfort challenging established processes and helping peers adopt new working methods while maintaining craft discipline.
Passion for research-fueled rapid ideation and emerging design paradigms, such as adaptive UIs, predictive workflows, and agentic UX.
Self-starter mindset and drive for cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced proficiency with Figma and deep knowledge of emerging AI tools.

Nice to have:

Experience prototyping with code or AI coding assistants to build functional prototypes rather than static mockups.
Familiarity with designing for AI systems, including model capabilities and limitations, error and uncertainty states, and evaluating the quality of AI outputs.
Experience in complex enterprise domains.
Experience introducing new tools or processes into a design organization and guiding teams through change.

Obowiązki

Collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists, subject matter experts, and the global UX team to design public safety applications using human-centered, persona-driven methodologies.
Use modern design tools, AI, and rapid prototyping workflows to create testable wireframes, system flows, and interactive or code-based prototypes.
Run structured, time-boxed experiments with emerging AI tools and methods on real product work; recommend which tools and methods the global UX team should adopt, standardize, or retire, and help integrate selected tools into daily workflows.
