Obowiązki
- Analyze IT support data and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Improve self-service capabilities and optimize Service Desk and IT Operations processes.
- Support AI-based proactive problem management.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure program progress and solution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and development teams.
- Support service delivery across IT support levels, from L0 self-service to L1 Service Desk, L2 Onsite IT Services, and L3 IT Professional Services.
