As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will translate business and technical requirements into platform solutions, configure and optimize ServiceNow modules, and support implementation projects and platform operations. You will contribute to international projects focused on application delivery, business process optimization, and system integration.
Wymagania
- At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Experience working across multiple ServiceNow domains, such as ITSM, Asset Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Request Fulfillment.
- Understanding of integrations, databases, and web service technologies, including REST, SOAP, SAML, and OAuth.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1), and comfort working with business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Experience with HRSD, CSM, or App Engine / Creator Workflows.
- ITIL knowledge or process-related certifications.
- Four years’ experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

- Analyze business needs and propose platform-based solutions.
- Participate in ServiceNow implementation, rollout, and optimization projects.
- Support day-to-day platform operations and assist end users.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver improvements.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
