You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing IT support through phone, chat and email. You will diagnose basic incidents, guide users through solutions and escalate complex issues to specialized teams.
Wymagania
- Very good command of Swedish (C1 level or higher).
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
- Motivation to start a career in IT and willingness to learn.
- Positive, can-do attitude and a strong problem-solving approach.
- Ability to communicate clearly with users and collaborate effectively with a team.
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (Windows OS, Microsoft products, internet and hardware devices) or a technical mindset.
Obowiązki
- Handle incoming requests in Swedish about login issues, application access and other basic IT incidents.
- Troubleshoot via phone, chat and email, following established procedures and using diagnostic tools.
- Guide end users through steps to restore system or application functionality.
- Escalate complex issues to specialized teams and cooperate on resolving cases.
- Document interactions, reported issues and actions taken in the ticketing system.
- Use the internal knowledge base and tools provided during onboarding.
- Expand your IT knowledge through training programs and learning paths.
