Podsumowanie oferty
Design end-to-end solution architectures for healthcare providers and insurers, spanning clinical systems and the business systems around them. Own solution design across applications, integrations, data, identity and deployment, building on Azure, AWS or GCP.
Wymagania
- 5+ years (mid) or 8+ years (senior) in solution architecture or senior engineering roles, with end-to-end design responsibility for production systems.
- 2+ years in healthcare, on the provider or payer side, with working knowledge of both clinical and commercial processes.
- Solid architecture toolkit covering integration patterns (REST / GraphQL APIs, event-driven integration, file transfer and integration engines), data modelling and ownership, identity and access (OAuth2 / OIDC), and non-functional requirements.
- Solution-level cloud architecture experience on Azure or another hyperscaler, covering compute, networking, identity, data services, data residency and cost.
- Experience designing for health data under GDPR, consent and audit; familiarity with Polish medical records law and the EHDS direction.
- Experience with structured vendor and option evaluation, including defining criteria, verifying claims against primary sources and showing scoring.
- Strong written and spoken communication, including architecture documents, decision records and executive summaries, and the ability to defend a design under review.
- Full professional fluency in Polish and English.
Nice to have:
- Interoperability standards: HL7 FHIR, HL7 v2, IHE profiles, SMART on FHIR and openEHR; hands-on experience with a FHIR server.
- Clinical terminologies (SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, ICD-9-PL) and terminology services.
- Familiarity with the Polish e-health ecosystem: P1 / e-zdrowie, e-recepta, e-skierowanie, EDM exchange and NFZ integrations.
- Experience with health insurance and subscription product systems, including policy administration, claims, pricing and partner networks.
- Data platforms and clinical analytics, including lakehouse, OMOP CDM and medical NLP.
- MDR and software-as-a-medical-device classification.
- ArchiMate / LeanIX, TOGAF or Azure architect certifications.
- Building AI tooling such as custom agents, MCP servers or prompts for architecture and mapping work.
Obowiązki
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for healthcare clients, covering patient-facing channels, scheduling, clinical workflows, diagnostics, telemedicine, insurance products, claims and billing, CRM, customer service and analytics.
- Translate business and clinical needs into capability maps, current- and target-state designs, options, trade-offs and roadmaps.
- Own solution design across the application landscape, integration patterns, data model and ownership, identity and access, and non-functional requirements.
- Design for regulation and clinical safety, including health data, consent, audit trails, accessibility and medical-device considerations.
- Build on Azure, AWS or GCP with regulated-industry controls, and deliver deployment architecture.
- Run build-vs-buy and vendor evaluations across healthcare systems and defend recommendations with primary-source evidence.
- Produce architecture deliverables, including C4 and ArchiMate views, decision records, non-functional requirements, and capacity and cost models.
- Use AI tooling for research, document production, data mapping and code review, verifying its claims before sharing them with clients.
- Work with client executives and clinical, business, data, security and legal teams; present and defend decisions in architecture forums; guide engineering teams through delivery.
- Contribute reusable assets, reference architectures, proposals and pre-sales work to Exerizon's healthcare practice.
Benefity
- Annual training and certification budget.
