SAP Analytics Cloud & Datasphere Planning Expert

Required skills and experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), particularly planning models, planning architecture, and write-back functionality.
• Good understanding of SAP Datasphere planning concepts and the Seamless Planning roadmap.
• Solid knowledge of planning architecture within the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience developing SAC stories, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Practical experience with SAC Advanced Formulas and Data Actions.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and JavaScript for front-end functionality and reporting.
• Experience integrating SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere.
• Understanding of SAP data modeling concepts, including ADSOs, CompositeProviders, InfoObjects, and SAC objects.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, DataSources, DTPs, and transformations.
• Experience supporting data migration and backend integration activities.
• Good understanding of finance, financial planning, or supply chain planning processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP BPC or other enterprise planning tools, particularly in the context of migration to modern SAP planning solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools.

• Design, develop, and maintain planning models and solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere.
• Develop analytical stories, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
• Configure and optimize planning models, including data write-back functionality.
• Implement advanced planning logic using SAC Advanced Formulas and Data Actions.
• Design and maintain integrations between SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere, including remote models.
• Contribute to data modeling, data integration, ETL processes, and backend development.
• Support data migration activities and the evolution of enterprise planning architecture.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other technical specialists to deliver analytics and planning solutions.
• Ensure appropriate technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
