Drive the end-to-end setup and launch of a brand-new Shared Service Center (SSC). Lead the local entity’s operational build-up, process migrations and knowledge transfer, working with local and international business leaders to move from greenfield phase to full operational capability.

Wymagania

Strong track record as a Transition or Migration Manager within SSC, GBS or BPO organizations.
Proven ability to scope, plan and execute end-to-end process transfers and operational transitions.
Prior involvement in new center setups, operational launches or greenfield transformations.
Excellent organizational capabilities and ability to navigate fast-moving, high-growth environments.
Professional proficiency in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

German language skills.
Hands-on experience with Polish government grant or funding applications.
Exposure to corporate entity incorporation and local administrative setup.
Advisory background in management consulting, corporate restructuring or business transformation.

Obowiązki

Center Setup & Operational Readiness:

Oversee establishment activities, including office preparation, fit-out coordination and legal entity administrative support.
Assist with preparing, filing and managing local public funding and grant documentation.
Partner with talent acquisition teams on early recruitment, team onboarding and operational readiness.

Service Migration & Project Governance:

Design and execute migration roadmaps, managing timelines, critical paths, risk logs and interdependencies.
Lead knowledge capture strategies and process handovers from legacy locations.
Connect project execution teams with executive SSC leadership.
Maintain progress updates, status dashboards and alignment across project governance levels.
