Consulting Manager - Intelligent Automation

• 7–8+ years in technology consulting, including 3–4+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI/ML transformation programs.
• Experience in a leadership role managing cross-functional or distributed teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on exposure to one or more RPA/BPM platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda, or Appian.
• Working knowledge of Agentic Orchestration, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision concepts applied to business automation.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Consulting skills in strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, and executive workshop facilitation.
• Communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with process improvement methods and delivery methodologies such as Agile and SDLC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or AI-related technologies.
• Experience with Intelligent Automation in regulated industries or large-scale digital transformation programs.

Client strategy and relationships:

• Advise C-suite executives and senior leaders on technology and AI-driven automation strategies.
• Define enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation strategies integrating RPA, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Smart Workflows, and Cognitive Analytics.
• Develop business cases and measurable outcomes, including KPIs and ROI, for automation programs.
• Build and expand client relationships to identify opportunities for Intelligent Automation services.

Program delivery and process improvement:

• Manage delivery of complex Intelligent Automation programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams on technical soundness, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.
• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to identify automation opportunities.
• Establish governance and risk management frameworks for quality and compliance.

Pre-sales and practice development:

• Drive pre-sales efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and statements of work.
• Contribute to practice development by creating best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership materials.
• Stay current on AI, Generative AI, and automation platforms, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Power Platform, to strengthen EPAM’s offerings.

• Remote work is available within Poland; the offer also allows working abroad for up to 60 days annually.
