As a Desktop IT Support Engineer, you will coordinate desktop changes, prepare rollout requests and handle incidents related to desktop changes. The role involves troubleshooting application deployment and patching issues in a Windows desktop environment, including client-side issues with SCCM.

Wymagania

Fluent Polish and English are mandatory.
Onsite support experience.
Ability to commission new laptops and desktops across the shop floor as needed.
Ability to move around the shop floor with the necessary tools and devices as needed.
Maintain the facility’s asset inventory and update it in the designated tool.
Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11).
Ability to troubleshoot client-side application deployment failures over SCCM.
Ability to troubleshoot client-side patch deployment failures over SCCM.
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Knowledge of ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
Knowledge of remote desktop connectivity applications such as TeamViewer.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Project and MS Visio.
Knowledge of internet browsers such as Edge and Chrome.
Knowledge of Cisco VPN and remote dial-in users.
Support for laptops, desktops and printers of all models.
Knowledge of the products that make up a desktop service.
Extensive troubleshooting skills with application deployment, patching and other security tools.
Experience in a desktop environment.
Understanding and experience of ITSM and ticketing processes.

Nice to have:

MCP, MSCE, MSCA or SCCM certification.
Knowledge of ITIL V2 or V3, especially Service Desk, Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Participate in incident handling concerning desktop changes.
